lost drives

Hi:

I installed a second disk in my Pc. I have Windows XP with five users. I made three partition on the second disk and used NTFS format like my first disk. When i turn on my computer sometimes it does not recognize the second disk.

I cheked motherboard battery and replace it for a new one. But problem appears again.

Does anybody can help me?
