Lost drive mapping from Metaframe 1.8

Up to 24 to 72 hours after re-booting my NT4 - Metaframe 8 server, my citrix users lose the ability to attach to my Quantum Snap Server. "IF" I choose to connect them to the SNAP server via the Novell client, it works ok, but there are problems related to that like temporary file creation. Is anyone else using a Quantum SNAP server for data storage??? and having problems with their Citrix users attaching/loggin into this device. By the way, even if you browse from network neighborhood, it prompts you for name and password.. and no valid name or password will work untill you reboot the Metaframe server OR the SNAP server. Then it will work fine for 24-72 hours before losing the connectivity again.
Any help appreciated
