WOW, I have never in my time administering GW seen this. So, if ANYONE see's a problem with my thinking here please stop or correct me. I would first recreate the domain database directory. I would do this by manually copying the files (from your GW CD or from your Software Distribution Directory) into a directory just like the one that was lost. I assume that you still have the GW domain object still showing in the tree. Once you have done this try doing a synchronization on the domain using ConsoleOne. DO NOT use NWAdmin to administer a GW 6.x system. As you probaly know that could cause severe database corruption. I really don't know if this will do any good or not. Because with the loss of the original primary domain you lost certain associations between the domain and PO(s). If you had a secondary domain there would be no problem. I am sure this is where terry712 was headed with his question to you. If you had a secondary domain it could have been turned into the primary domain. I will try this out in our test lab and see what results I come up with. Quite frankly you could have lost the GW system. But I am not a GroupWise Guru, just a lowly admin. If I come up with anything I will post back.
