Lost connection with servername (0.0.0.0)

Hi all,
We just upgraded from CA Arcserve 12.5 SP1 to 16 SP1, on windows server 2003 32 bit SE. The problem is can't browse the local client agent which is Arcserve Manager server, the message as on above title.
Tried both upgrade and fresh install (uninstall then reinstall), but still the same. It was working fine on 12.5 SP1.

Restarted services and server so many times, but no luck.
Had a chat with CA support can't help much, but gave a good insight, tried to backup under Preferred Shares/Machine then choose Use Agent.

Above work around works great, but still curious can't browse the local client agent, although has no problem to browse other client agents on remote machines and on the previous release (12.5)

Any advice, much appreciated.
