LOST CONNECTION WITH IPX/SPX

We have a windows NT server version 4 and applications using a advantage (ADS) server witch use ipx/spx transport protocol. The accounting application break connection with the server after a few minutes of processing. If i remove ipx/spx and use netbeui or tcp/ip as the default protocol the accounting process can complete and finish without problems.

All stations are windows 98se running on an ethernet network.

Can anybody tell me how to solve the probem with the ipx/spx transport layer so i can use only one protocol ipx/spx for all applications.

Try changing the binding order of your NICs to accomodate TCP/IP traffic first and the IPX/SPX and see if that helps
