Since I am new to the Avaya VOIP world I will ask the experts. We are running VOIP off the Defininty/PBX with the Medpro and CLan boards. Everything has been working fine except on 2 instances in about a 2 week time frame one of our remote offices VOIP phones have died (lost connection to our PBX). To bring them back to life we have to unplug and plug them back in to the P333PWR switch. This only happens at one of our remote offices. Unfortunately the tech in our remote office just resets the phones/switch before we can further troubleshoot (ie ping phone, switch). Has anyone experienced this before? Are remote office is about to go live and we can't afford to lose our phones. More info: the delay is 230ms to the remote phones but I don't think this is the factor to this problem because the voice quality is good and when we reset phone it comes right back up.
