Lost Citrix Management Admin Password

Hi Guys,

I am new to Citrix. The person who was taking care of the server quit and she did not gave us the password to get into the Management Console. Does anyone know how to recover the admin password for management console.

Normaly, you can enter the CMC with the administor account of your windows domain or the local administrator account of your citrix box. Did you try that ??

The default administrator is the user ID that installed Citrix. If none of the above suggestions work just change the administrator who quit's password and log on as them then add yourself to the Citrix Admins group in CMC.
