We're running a CS1kS 4.0 and just recently after a switch reboot we lost the option for our callers list. I don't even have the callers list option on the phone anymore. I know that this resides on the SS and I double checked that the correct IP is in element manager. Does anyone have any ideas? We only rebooted the PBX and not the SS, I don't know if it would make a difference or not.
