lost aloha manager id number

my manager progamed a new magnetic id card for the manager and she forgot the number she used andn can only void with card the card now is starting to crack and fall apart hoe do i find the number so i can program a new card

Does the cracked card still work? If so, swipe it, go to your manager functions, touch change password, swipe the new card and you will be good to go.
