Lost Agents in Web Client

I have lost the ability to run historical reports as we have lost the agents in Web Client. We can still see them in SMI Workbench.

Can anyone help with this strange occurence
 
Can you run historical reports from the web server itself? Are they there then? Can you see CDNs, phonsets and other things in config from the server?

If you can do this from the server, but not from a client on the floor, it may be that the PCs on the floor cannot resolve computer names. Perhaps a DNS entry was changed or something of that nature. I have also experienced this when a push has been made to the client PCs and some additional security was turned on by the IT department.
 
And also, has there been an IP address change on either server?
