Hi,
What version of Crystal Enteprise are you talking about..?
Cause there is a systems database that can be intergated depending on the version in versions 8 & 8.5 I think there are about 12 tables and version 9 there is about 3 in version 9 I think you are out of luck, but with version 8 & 8.5 there should be a way to overcome this. This has been a longtime standing issue with the product and there is never an easy fix.
Your method should be to interegate the system database if it is earlier than 9, and try to map some other user to the administrators group. This won't be easy cause all tables are some what encoded.
