I have a 2000 server that is running Norton Antivirus. Every day or two it will loose the C$ IPC$ and Admin$. I can recreate them using Net Share [sharename]? I have talked to Microsoft and they claim it is sometimes caused by Norton or some other third party product. I would love to know if anyone else has experienced this and if so did they find a good solution.
