Lost access to execute all MMC based console applications

I get Microsoft Management Console has stopped working.
I was getting this message as well:
This may be because the file does not exist, is not an MMC console, or was
created by a later version of MMC. This may also be because you do not have
sufficient access rights to the file

I tried to rename the MMC dir under my profile in Roaming dir but that did not work.
I can't open Active Dir Users & Computers, Sites and Services, Server Manager, Services, etc.

Any help is appreciated.
