I have lost one of my printq connections. I use Windows NT and when I try to reconnect the printer, it comes back with the message that the printer name is invalid. I have power cycled the workstation and the server and that does not help. It is only this one printq, the others are still working fine. It has been working fine for years up to this and I have not done anything such as adding software or other changes. Other users on the network have no problem with this printq. Any thoughts? Is this an NT or a NetWare problem? I use 4.2 NWSB.

Steps you might consider: (or may have already tried)
Power cycle the printer, if the printer has an external print server power cycle that as well.
Open NWadmin and go to the printserver in Netware. Check details and see if the print layout is showing print queue, print server, and printer all connected.
Some of the newer Netware clients have a bug causes them to not maintain a connection to the server even if the user is logged into that server as the primary server. The workaround is to map a drive to the volume where the print queue is located. To locate the print queue volume; open nwadmin, select the queue, right click, select details and read the top left corner of the screen.
You might delete the printer icon on the wkstn and then recreate it.
