My nephew set up my hardrive to have a Linux partition , a C:/drive and a D:/drive. It is a 20G hardrive.
The plan was to utilise the dual boot option so I could play around with Linux. I never got around to it.
I have subsequently upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 2000 and seem to have lost the 4G of the Linux partition.
Under Windows 2000 I could at least see the 4G partition under Disk Defragmenter. Now , all I have is the C: and D: drive amounting to 16G.
I need the extra 4G added to my C: drive.
Can you please help.
By the way, after upgrading to XP I deleted the Windows NT directory to retrieve space for my C: drive. Is this a problem. The system still works fine.
