LOSS OF TONALITY ON OPTION 11C

Hi all,
i have a problem on option 11C PBX rel. 24.25 where suddenlly it loss its tonality and i got these errors on the SDI ports:
1- ERR5055 which is appearing indicating traffic issues
2- ERR5306 which indicates receiving more than 10 digits
3- BERR705 EXC 0: Bus Error in Task "tSL1"
4- BERR508 HI EXC 0: Completing Analysis of Task "tSL1" (0x203e89f0)
5- SRPT789 RST 0: Exception-caused task restart: TID=0x203e89f0, vec=0x2, pc=0x11057d4e
6- BERR705 EXC 0: Bus Error in Task "tEvtColl" (0x21d97bb8)
7- SRPT782 RST 0: WARM START IN PROGRESS - Reason 36
8- EXCP9045 Core Dump: tExcTask Pri=0 Stat=READY
9- COM0008 Ethernet driver: unit 0 is being reset
10- COM0000 Ethernet driver: device unit 0 is initialized OK.
11- BUG6321 A31: Invalid cardnumber (0) found in the XS_IVD_STATUS array
12- BUG7058 SWD: Swd watchdog timer expired on task tSL1,
13- INI006 00000086 00000087 00000088 00000089
14- XMI002 7 PRI2TFTP server: could not send client file "c:/u/db/itg_dnld/tone.tbl"

If you don't have SCCS you must remove patch MPLR16778 if installed.

i have the SCCS Rel:5.0 and i did not install this patch
MPLR16778. does uninstalling this patch make the problem?

You can get problems if the patch is installed and you don't have SCCS.
