I have a customer who is experienceing a pretty serious loss of volume between the legs of a confrence (feature 3) I tried changing the loss package from the default med CO to the other options long co short pbx and long pbx; didn't try short CO though. and the two legs said that their receive volume from the other leg was about the same on each of our tries.

does anybody remember seeing this problem on their systems? or have any suggestions on how to amp up the signal in the norstar?

thanks
