loss of internet due to xp upgrading

hello,
well, all started when i used a program called hijacked and tried to fix the virus, but when i did it everything seems to have collapsed in the pc. do not have internet access any more and errors like 1068, 10093 1067 have appeared. i tried to reinstall rather upgrade the windows but the same thing same errors appear. any ideas?
