Can someone please help me to restore my toolbars.

I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. Although I have used Corel photo-paint for a long while I have never had this problem before.

Whenever I load a picture to work on it all the toolbars disappear and I am left with nothing more than a line at the top of the screen which just says 'Corel Photo-paint 7' and the file name. Clicking on the logo in the top left corner merely brings up the options to minimise, maximise, or close the file (or wores to that effect).

Urgent help greatly appreciated.

Eric

Have you tried holding down F8 when opening the program. This will prompt you to restore to Factory defaults (in most later versions - I can't vouch for version 7, but give it a try.) Also, check this thread (last poster ("snt")) for suggestions if you can access the toolbar before you import your file: thread240-2131

HTH,
Russell
