I've installed the Zebra TLP-2844Z label printer using USB port and it is set up as shared. It was tested several times and worked OK.
At two sites, the Zebra printer is disappearing when the user logs onto the system. The users are set up as Power Users and the security properties of the printer show that Power Users can print and manage printers.
Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem? Is is a permission thing? I've reinstalled these printers a couple of times.
