Losing voicemail ??

I have a site with a Starplus DHS 48/96 system in place. I received a help desk ticket this morning that a user lost 6 voicemail messages without doing anything.

Has anyone had a similar occurance happen? Is there some key sequence that would reinitialize a mailbox and/or delete all vm?

I'm new on the vodavi scene But how old were the messages? I'm not sure about the one you have but with other voice mail systems there is a message age setting to automatically delete messages after a set number of days in the class of service. On the STS INSKIN VM the default is 10 days.
