First off, I am not a Definity tech. I am SMB only and have NO experience with the Definity other than replacing an Audix card a couple of years ago.
With that being said, I have a customer that is replacing the UPS on their Definity Pro Logix and wants to properly power it down, replace the system and bring it back up. I don't remember how to do it. They are replacing the UPS because they are having to reset it a few times a week.
Now the problem they are having is losing transferred calls. I was thinking that maybe the system had gone down and didn't come back up properly. Kind of like a multi-cabinet Legend. Am I off base on this? So, I was thinking that a good reboot might fix their issue. Thoughts?
