losing the www

hi everyone,

i am just drawing a blank on this one. i am sure its simple but my head is stuck in the box.

on my website,

http://www.skylineprints.com,

i have a link to go to my store. the link is written as:

http://www.skylineprints.com/store/

However, if you click the link, the address bar changes to: skylineprints.com/store/. Where did the "www" go? why did it leave?

the page works fine with one exception. since i have a secure SSL cert on my site, the "www" needs to stay there so GeoTrust will "recognize" my site. GeoTrust requires the web address be EXACTLY as what was registered. anyone have any thoughts as to why the "www" is leaving my web address?
