Losing spaces between words

Hi

I am using FrameMaker 7.0p576 in vanilla mode. Documents that that seem perfectly OK on my machine arrive on my clients machine, via ftp, with all the words squashed together. To regain the spaces they have to select a paragraph, go into designer, update all and everything is OK again. We are using the same fonts, drivers, and version; not sure about the patch number. Any ideas why this is happening.

What kind of fonts are you using? Are you sure both of you have them installed correctly? Also, are you both using the same version of FM? B I L L S W A L L O W
