hello,
I have a customer with a splicecom voip system.
It's connected to sip trunks.
What happens is: you get about 30secs of service [ie the phones work] then it loses service [ie the phones don't work].
The service provider says the sip trunks are fine, the network administrator says the network is perfect and the voip switch is not on his lan anyway.
This is a new install and, initially, all worked but after a few days this problem arose.
Someone is going there today to look at it: any ideas?
