Losing records in SQL query 1

The suspect line is in the where clause. It refers to a labels caption, which when empty I lose records with the line below being in the where clause.

& "AND TXCLIPS.NName Like '" & "*" & Me![LNAME2].[Caption] & "*'"

Sorry, Its the data in the table thats wrong, how can I include records in the statement where field TXCLIPS.NName has Null values. Thanks
