Losing Outlook Profiles Randomly

Using Citrix to publish desktop and using folder redirection for app data, documents, etc, and some users will come in to find their outlook profile needs to be reset.

I can't seem to narrow this down. Does anyone have any insight.

When you go back to add the exchange profiles...do you have multiple profiles in your options (example...outlook, copy of outlook..etc...etc)?

I had an issue before where Outlook was creating multiple exchange profiles and a user would customize their outlook to "outlook" and sometimes get "copy of outlook". So all of their pst files and other customized settings would be gone.
