Losing Internet Connection with BEFW11S4

I have a newly bought BEFW11S4 and USB adaptor. I have a WAN port connected to the wire provided by ISP and my PC is connected to internal network using NAT. It first runs ok without any problems. However, after 20 minutes, the connection to internet from PC seems dropped. Whatever messages (ping.nslookup) to internet are all failed.
Now, I moved the ISP wire to LAN port and move my PC to uses LAN port as well. It works perfectly.

Could anyone give me some hints how to fix this?
