losing DSL connection with 5360 modem

I have Enhanced DSL from SBC with 5 static IPs. I have a PC running win2K with 4 static IPs bound to the network card. The PC is connected to the modem. After I for 20 minutes the enet light blinks very rapidly/conitnuously and I lose connection and cant browse any further unless I reboot. Any suggestions? I am running standard ethernet and my NIC card is 10/100.

if Lines 1 and 2 got to nexland 1 and the out put of nexland 1 and line 3 got into nexland 2 he can do it in 2 routers. I am betting they are better off just dropping one DSL line and using one nexland.

is another multihoming router, but it looks way more expensive
