Losing connection to my current network if I VPN into another

I am trying to connect to my 2000 server at home via the microsoft routing service.
I connect fine but I lose the connection to my corporate networkl.
does anyone knows what is wrong here . I mean I want to be able to use the resources of both networks at the same time .

Split tunneling is not allowed. In sense it will not allow you to have two networks being routed at the same time. Usually this is opposite from your case in that the corporate network disconnects your home network. Are you using two NIC Cards or one with a router or switch?
