Losing Application Icon? 1

I have a form that is the "Main" form for the application. I have a startup icon associated and works fine until I generate a report. I am hiding the "Main" form when the report opens and showing the "Main" form when the report closes. This way only one item is on the task bar at any one time. But when the report closes and shows the "Main" form the icon in the task bar reverts back to the Access form icon and the title is not there anymore just the name of the form?

Here's an unlikely coincidence. I have been checking your question because I too wanted the answer to this one. But I was also searching the forums for answers to other questions. In doing so, I was reading a topic on speeding up form operations

from jgoodman00. Within that thread, code is given that happens to also include the fix for this problem. The first line of the code should be placed in your main form On Open code:

Application.SetOption "ShowWindowsInTaskbar", False

If you don't want the task bar to show anything, go to Tools > Options -- on the View Tab uncheck Windows In Task Bar.
