Losing account and profile in Windows 2003 AD

In the past few days, we have lost our 'oracle' account and profile twice on Windows 2003 Active Directory and have to recreate them. Any ideas why this is happening ? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

NOTE: Our Audit is enabled and I did not find anything unusual in the Security Event Log for the 'oracle' account.
