lose messages when reset flash mbox password?

sorry, feel stupid, but forgot if you lose the existing voice mail messages when you reset a password on a mailbox. user left and mgr needs to access messages. thanks.

You need to access the admin Feature 983 then PSWD go to MBOX, CHG enter MB then reset pswd to default.

thanks, guys. yeh, know how to reset but forgot whether it would wipe out the existing voice mail messages.

The only way you'll wipe 'em out is by deleting the mb, and adding it back in.
