Ok I know there's some programming held on the software and the cabinet but I forget which holds which. I think the software is mainly for the feature programming but not sure. Oh well the problem is MICS 6.1 after a power outage it keeps all programming except for the lines. It defaults them back to a squared system with 2 lines appearing and ringing. All other buttons are fine, do we think it's the cabinet or the software?

My guess is a dead memory cap in the NVRAM cartridge. If it was the motherboard the entire system would default.
