Lops and T1's 1

MICS: Reinstalling this for a client. Do I plug the female AMP for the loops direct into the KSU?

Also, the NAM AA is answering so I know that calls are coming into the system and they can even be routed to stations.

However, when I pick up a set I hear ICOM dial tone but when I dial 9 it says something like "NO LINE ASSIGNED" or choosen. I am not there right now.

How do I program each set to access outside line with dial 9?

1. Assign active lines to pool A in line programming
2. Assign pool code 9 to pool A in access codes

THank you. I assume that active lines in a 5 line system start at line 01 thru 05?

If I want to access a specific line say line 4 what code would I dial?

Depends on the S/W version Doc.

Could be 001-004 and then 025.
Could be 001-004 and then 031.

i still can't seem to get the sets to access an outside line when i dial 9. i thought i assigned all 5 lines to POOL A then allowed the set to access pool a.

Can you provide with the correct programmng prrocedure?

I forgot one thing. You also need to assign line pool access for pool A. Change from N to Y in programming for each set to be allowed access to the pool.
