Loosing novell drive mappings

I have two Terminal Servers with TSESP6 running Metaframe 1.8 SP2. The users login through the Novell Client 4.8 (SP3). Just lately users on both servers are reporting lossing their drive mappings and search drives. I have reinstalled the Client many times but the problem keeps returning. Any other thoughts about how to resolve this issue?
