Loosing focus on a item in a listview..

Is it possible to keep the focus on a selected item in a listtree, even if I click ie. a Button outside the list????

No. Focus indicates to the user where their keyboard input will happen. When the user clicks on another control, or the form background, your tree control will lose focus.
