Loosing/Changing Format after Exporting

Hey KV,
Yes that is a common problem when exporting to RTF or Word. I have spent countless hours trying to get my exports to work correctly and they don't. I no longer guarantee exporting to RTF for my reports. However you may want to try printing to a PDF printer. I have not tried it myself however I have seen the results and they look perfect. A PDF printer is not an actual hardware device. You set it up with ADOBE Acrobat, so that the print job is a PDF file. Also in Version 8.5 of Crystal, it supports exporting to PDF. You don't need to own ADOBE as Crystal has it's own dll.
