I have an old HP scanner. The pin connecting it to a power source has become loose, and it won't turn on. Is there any way to fix this without bringing it in? There are no visible screws anywhere, or any obvious way of taking it apart. Seems like the kind of problem Customer Service wouldn't help with, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
