3300 9.0.3.15 NPM 11.0 SIP incoming loose caller ID in envelope of e-mail if call screening is active on mailbox. Caller ID OK in envelope of e-mail on non-screened calls. Make sense to anybody? Already have Product support looking into this but customer is getting anxious.
