have BCM50 with 3 loops and 2 SIP trunks.

SIPs work fine in and out.

Loops worked for a while then stopped. The calls get no such number out of service.

Do I need to dial an access code for the local loops?

They are A&R

First of all, if a caller is getting the out of service greeting - that message is coming from the Telco not the BCM.

Do you still have dial tone on all the loops from the telco?

Loops are punched down on the bix, and bix is connected properly on the BCM core? I've had an issue before where the bix pushed out and wasn't making a proper connection... but you will not get the out of service greeting, line will ring continuously.

The loops are Appear and Ring on a set, if you press the line appearance do you get dial tone?

Highly assuming that this is a Telco issue.

Dialtone is fine. Today I think we can dial out.

so can you ANI the lines to make sure that is the numbers that ring at the BCM?

Do you have dialtone, can you call the phone numbers and does ti ring on the sets?

If yo ucall numbers, do you still get OUT OF SERVICE? If you do, remove the phone lines from the BCM and try calling again to see if you get the recording again... if you get recording and there is nothing attached to BCM then it's a Telco issue.
