Loops in Application Builder

I seem to create loops when building new auto attendants within App Builder by setting the No response and Invalid response back to the BEGIN prompt, so when I save it, it gives me the warning message about loops.

So, how do others set the No response, invalid response and the *(help) and #(cancel) prompts within menus and announcements?

My version of App Builder is 4.04.04.02.

I usually set them that way also unless the customer specifically states otherwise. The loops warning is no big deal as long as you do have a way to complete the calls and all options are not looped.
 
FYI you can always set the help or no response to an attentant, just build a transfer and set to to the secretary or attendants dn, then route options(no response or help) to that transfer.
