Looping Logon Problem

I've got about 900 users in my system use CE 8.0 to run and view reports.

Some users are getting a "looping logon" when they go to open their report using the Crystal Report Viewer which ask for the Network Password.

The error message says "Logon credentials for this request are missing. Wihtout these credentials the report is not viewable. Please enter your user name and password. [On Page Server: XXXXXXXXXXXX].

When they enter their user name and password the page is blank.

Has anyone ever encountered this before?
