looping DB logon of CE9 + Progress 9 Database

Dear all,

I found that the the looping DB logon problem occurred with my CE9 installation with progress 9 database. Similar to other looping DB logon problem, the report can be generated when it run in CR9 designer environment. Do anyone has any idea about it? Thanks a lot!!!
