looping back individual FR PVC Cisco 2500

Hello ----
I have a Cisco 2500 with Serial0 configured as DCE LMI.I would like to loopback PVC 23,that is have DLCI 23 send back all the frames it receives.Is this possible ?
Alternatively,I would like to send on PVC 24 all frames received on PVC 23.When I
try to use the "frame-relay route" command I get the error "Cannot route on same interface".Any suggestions appreciated. TIA
