Looping a music loop 1

When I insert a 6-7 second music piece as a background in a flash movie and want it to loop continuously as bg music to the site, the piece always stops for a second each time before starting the loop again... It doesn't ever flow right into the next loop, the result being very choppy.Does anyone know the reason for this or how to fix it? Thank you.

Sound set to event or stream?
Does the loop itself hold this silence?

I set them to stream but I hear the silence on event too. And I doubt the silence is in the loop itself because it happens with all 6-8 loops that I tried so it's hard to imagine they all have a silence at beg. or end...

Try downloading this loop:

Import it and insert it on the first frame of a one frame movie (with or without a stop action); make sure the sound is set to event and loop to 999 or 1000.

Then if this works, question your own loops.

I followed your instructions using my own loop and it worked. I was just depending on the loop option in the publish settings box and hadn't actually looped the sound in the sound panel. Thanx so much!
