loopback activity

Just wondering if this is normal...seeing network activity on loopback

This machine has two NICs and I'm pretty sure it isn't set up correctly...customer set it up with two IP addresses using same hostname in hosts file..also has two default gateways defined if that helps

looks like they changed something over the weekend as both IP addresses pointed to the same name last week
