Hi All:

We had a power surge last night and one of my PRI's is showing as disabled. I have been unable to get it back on line. Here is what I am seeing in STAT for Loop 20:

PRI* TRK LOOP 20 - DSBL
FFMT/LCMT/YALMT: ESF/B8Z/FDL

I have tried ENLL 20 and all I receive is DTI216 20.

Can you provide me with some assistance? I appreciate your time!

Is this a TMDI Card? If so go into LD 96 and do a RST TMDI Loop# Shelf# Card#

DTI0216
There is no response from the card.
Check for the existence of the card and try again.
Severity: Minor

Looking like a failed card.

I have seen this same issue before and was able to get the card to respond with the RST command

if it is a UDT card make sure you are at the latest firmware...I was having that issue and latest firmware cleared it up.

Yeah we just had a MGC fail because I had to power down the system. If it doens't work after reseating or doing the RST like KCFLHRC recommends then I would say it is toast :(
