If you mean the TDS - Tone and digit switch
This is used to dial pulse and DTMF outpulse. You should have one on each network shelf
The Conference card provides conferences.
The TDS and Conference card has been combined to the same card for the 51 through 81 switches and are both part of the SSC card for the Option 11 and mini.
