Lookup value in one column and return value from another

Hello all,

I am trying to reference a cell and match the value in that cell to a value in that column and return a value from another column. The Lookup function does not seem to be working. Heres a sample of my data.

Sector Type Week Tool
D M 2 GB
C M 3 KF
D M 3 DC
E D 4 KR
KF (cell D6)

I need a formula that references Cell D6 and matches that value in the Tool column and returns the same sector, as the same tool. Cell A6 should have a C in the sector column.
